On Nigo’s guest-filled new album I Know Nigo, Lil Uzi Vert and Nigo have released a video for their duet “Heavy.” Watch it here. Uzi and Nigo show off their jewelry collections in the video and have their chains custom-made for them. There are also appearances by A$AP Rocky and Steven Victor.
Check out the new video, which (like “Arya”) has an AWGE watermark, at the top of the page. Uzi teased the start of a new era with a series of new Instagram photographs featuring the Eternal Atake artist wearing punk-inspired liberty spikes, which have now been accompanied with the video for “Heavy.”
The music video for I Know Nigo’s newest track, “Heavy,” has been released. Tyler, the Creator released a music video for “Come On, Let’s Go” on his YouTube channel on Thursday. “Arya,” the first song from A$AP Rocky’s next album, was released by Nigo in January. “Want It Bad” by Kid Cudi, “Hear Me Clearly” by Pusha T, and “More Tonight” by Teriyaki Boyz were all released as singles before the album’s release. For the first time in more than a decade, Nigo has released an album.
This month’s “Come On, Let’s Go,” helmed by Tyler, the Creator, follows “Heavy” in the I Know NIGO! video accompaniments. “Heavy” included a cameo by ASAP Rocky, who collaborated with NIGO on “Arya.” Pharrell also appeared in the album closer’s promotional video.
According to Victor, the I Know NIGO! album’s origins were “simply incredibly organic,” as Complex previously reported. When NIGO is “in his zone,” he’s going for everything at the same time, according to me. I Know NIGO! coworker Pusha-new T’s music was also discussed in the same interview, a subject he explored on 360 With Speedy Morman and Hot Ones.
Eternal Atake, Lil Uzi Vert’s solo album from 2020, was his most recent release. Mura Masa, PinkPantheress, and Shygirl recruited the Philadelphia rapper to appear on their single “bbycakes” in February.
