Garrix has produced a slew of enormous pop collaborations with some of music’s greatest stars in the previous two years, including Bono & The Edge of U2, G-Eazy, and others. Garrix and Maejor also released the dramatic debut album Greatest Hits Vol. 1 under their AREA21 pseudonym late last year.
The wait is ended for all Martin Garrix lovers. After performing at the Ultra Festival Music Festival in Miami, the dance music master is ready to face the new year with vigor. He reveals Sentio, his first-ever club record, which will be released on April 29th, after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic.
Martin Garrix wants to bring back the exhilaration, sensing that the past months of isolation have left many fans in seclusion. Sentio is intended to be a gift that allows listeners to enjoy the goosebumps-inducing experience again and over again. The dance giant will roll out fresh releases from the album on Tuesdays and Fridays in the next weeks, including the club CD, visual accompaniment, and brand new live performance of the same name.
During that time, Garrix was taking a break from creating new club hits, particularly because events were halted due to the epidemic.
Martin Garrix has been teasing numerous IDs in recent shows, gripping fans with an intense feeling of anticipation by delivering club hit “Follow” alongside long-time buddy Zedd last week to signify the ideal start to this new album. Today, he released “Limitless,” a thundering tune he co-wrote with the brilliant Dutch DJ Mesto. The album’s second track demonstrates an exceptional knowledge of both DJs’ skill within the genres of house and techno. “Limitless” conveys nostalgic energy accented by changing basslines that rock the dancefloor, after their previous original collaboration tune, “WIEE,” in 2016. During his live gigs over the weekend, he released the energizing single to a raucous response from the audience.
Expect a never-ending stream of fresh Martin Garrix releases in the following weeks, and keep an eye out for the album Sentio, which will cement his track record for bringing out the best in whatever song he touches.
“The great thing is that I’ve never published a Garrix album. I created no club music during COVID because it seemed strange to compose festival music when there were no concerts “According to Garrix. “When the performances returned, I had so much fresh, revitalized energy that I created a ton of new dance music.”
