Kendrick Lamar’s The Big Steppers Tour is now touring the nation, with the next stop being New Orleans at the Smoothie King Center tonight (Friday, July 29).
Kendrick has chosen the next tune for radio and other platforms as he continues to promote his current album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers. The new radio single, ‘Die Hard,’ featuring Blxst and Amanda Reifer, will hit Rhythmic stations on August 9th, according to HHNM.
This is not a shocking pick since it has been a fan favorite since the album’s release in May and has even garnered some radio play since then. The song is produced by Blxst, FNZ, Baby Keem, J.LBS, DJ Dahi, and Sounwave and is the follow-up to ‘Silent Hill,’ which he co-wrote with Kodak Black.
‘Die Hard’ was also just included on Obama’s Summer Playlist, which can be seen here. A security officer was seen sobbing during K.Dot’s performance of ‘Love’ from DAMN at a recent gig in Houston.
