Jack Harlow’s performance on ESPN’s College GameDay this weekend was met online by a troll
An online troll reacted to Jack Harlow’s performance on ESPN’s College GameDay this past weekend by attempting to draw attention to the rapper omitting a specific lyric for Disney audiences. Harlow sang his Billboard No. 1 song “First Class” in front of students and supporters at Ohio State University as the college football show’s first celebrity guest of the new season on a circular stage.
Since he was performing on network television, he kept the lyrics in check, but Twitter user @S CharlesNFL caught Harlow’s attention with an obviously fake tweet about the performance. The tweet stated, “Jack Harlow has been fined $1,000,000 following his performance of ‘First Class’ on College GameDay.” ESPN stated ” his line, ‘I give her sweet, sweet, Semen,’ was very unprofessional for live TV, and he had signed off on blurring that lyric out of his performance.”
Despite a fan’s observation that Harlow had unmistakably censored the song’s lyrics, Harlow even retweeted the tweet.
Harlow’s time on ESPN was a memorable one. Following his performance, the Generation Now rapper sat at the GameDay hosts’ desk and gave his predictions for the games on Saturday (September 3), sharing an anecdote about dating a woman from Cincinnati, which led to his reasoning for picking the Bearcats vs. the University of Arkansas.
Jack Harlow Song Of The Summer
Jack Harlow has been featured frequently on network TV lately. Along with Nicki Minaj and LL Cool J, he served as host of the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards and won four awards, including Song of the Summer, which was selected by the audience. However, several people were upset by Harlow’s victory, including Nigerian hitmaker Burna Boy.
Burna released a TikTok video of fans dancing to his Toni Braxton-inspired song, “Last Last,” despite the fact that he wasn’t nominated. “When MTV says Jack Harlow has the Song of the Summer,” was written next to the video. The dancehall star said, “Wow, so many people are heartbroken.” Summer Song: [sad face emoji] # LastLast .
