In honor of International Dance Day, we delved into German scientific studies showing that regular exercise might help reverse the effects of aging in the brains.

The results of a research divided a group of 68-year-old participants into two groups. Over the period of 18 months, one group engaged in weekly dancing classes, while the other focused on endurance and flexibility training.
