Craig Robinson had to cancel a show in Charlotte, North Carolina, because a person with a gun was in the building.
Craig Robinson’s comedy show at the Comedy Zone in Charlotte, North Carolina, had to be canceled on Saturday night because a man with a gun came in and told people to leave. After everyone had left the building, the man opened fire inside.
“I’m safe, “Robinson told fans on Instagram what was going on after the event. “I’m cool. It was crazy. I was in the green room, and they told everyone to leave. It was definitely a moment.”
Robinson made the video while watching Big Time Rush perform at the Metro Credit Union Amphitheater. Police told him to stay there until the “active shooter” situation was over.
“In the comedy club, there was a person with a gun. So they moved us here. There’s a concert going on, so I thought I’d share with you,” the comedian said in the clip.
Robinson is probably best known for his work on The Office and the many movies he has been in, such as Hot Tub Time Machine, Pineapple Express, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, This is the End, and more.
No one was hurt, and the person who shot was caught.
