Chris Brown has released more new music.
Just days after releasing his ninth album, “Breezy,” the singer revealed that a deluxe edition of the 23-track collection would be available shortly.
Brown made the news on Instagram Stories, in the midst of a rage over being chastised for his album sales after “Breezy” launched at #4 on the Billboard 200 with 72,000 units sold.
Breezy is Chris’s eleventh studio album, and this is the deluxe edition. In conversations with the media, Chris hinted to the deluxe edition. When the tracklist was released on June 22, he verified it. Chris said on June 23 that the album artwork has been finalized.
Over the weekend, the singer announced on Instagram that a deluxe edition of his album Breezy would be released on Friday, July 8. He also chastised the people and the media for failing to promote his music.
“July 8th breezy deluxe album,” he posted on a now-deleted Instagram Story. “It makes no difference…”
He also appeared to hint that he would no longer stay silent. “I’m back on my gangsta sh*t,” he wrote afterwards. “It’s constantly BREAKING.”
His remarks came after the release of his tenth studio album, Breezy, which opened at number four on the Billboard 200 with 72,000 equivalent album units. Indigo, his most recent solo album, arrived at No. 1 in 2019 with 108,000 copies sold.
Chris’s “One of Them Ones” tour with Lil Baby kicks off on July 15 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
