About Us

We have established a protocol for travel well-being so that you can relax and enjoy yourself while on your trip, knowing that you are in good hands with us.

The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) Safe stamp has been awarded to NJHH for global protocols and procedures that were developed with the assistance of the WTTC. We have as a result developed enhanced on-trip standards that are in accordance with existing national and regional government authority regulations, as well as World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines.

Our first and foremost concern is for the well-being of our visitors. As a result of this commitment, all NJHH passengers are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 by the end of December 31, 2022, which may include a booster shot depending on the destination. Do not forget to check the entry requirements, restaurant and venue access rules, and other details of your destination before setting out on your journey. For children who are not eligible for vaccination and/or boosters at the time of travel until further notice, a negative Covid-19 test result obtained within 72 hours of the start of the tour (taking time zone differences into consideration) is required.

Be aware that additional restrictions imposed by airlines and/or authorities in the destination they are visiting may apply, and these restrictions may be more stringent than the requirements listed above.

Changes to this policy may be made at any time and without prior notice, so please check back frequently.
